Not your average chiropractic studio

ThirtyThree Chiropractic was built from decades of chiropractic experience, a little bit of rebellion, and a lot of belief in doing things properly.

We’re professional without being clinical, welcoming without being fluffy, and serious about great care without taking ourselves too seriously.

Our approach is grounded in the principles of chiropractic and one simple idea: your body is capable of more when it’s functioning well.

Our team

Over 35yrs of combined experience.

  • Brooke Wilcher | Director/Owner

    B.Sci., M.Chiro | 18 years in practice

Born and raised in Newcastle, Brooke is a wife, mum of three and chiropractor who genuinely loves what she does. She understands that health looks different for everyone - from a newborn needing gentle care, to a busy parent keeping up with life, or an athlete chasing their next PB.

With postgraduate training in pregnancy and paediatric chiropractic, Brooke particularly loves caring for babies, kids and growing families. Her background in high level sport has also shaped her passion for helping athletes move well, perform at their best and keep doing what they love.

Brooke’s approach is straightforward, honest and down to earth. She takes the time to understand what’s going on, explain what she finds and work with you on a plan that makes sense.

Whether you’re dealing with back or neck pain, headaches, pregnancy-related changes, a growing family or sporting demands, Brooke is here to help you move, feel and function at your best.

  • Dr Louise Cobb | Associate Chiropractor

BSc (Immuno. & Anat.), M.Chiro | 17 years in practice

Since graduating in 2009, Louise has built her approach around getting to the why. She takes the time to listen, understand what matters most to each person, and provide care that is considered, individualised and focused on getting people back to doing what they love.

A down-to-earth, self-confessed anatomy nerd, Louise combines evidence-based care with a practical and personalised approach. She helps people better understand their bodies, move and function well, and feel confident in everyday life. She has a special interest in scoliosis, back and neck pain, vertigo, headaches and posture.

As a wife and mum to three boys, Louise understands that life is busy and that your body needs to keep up. Her goal is simple: to help people feel their best and stay active in the things that matter most.

What we believe

Your body is worth understanding. Good care starts with listening. There is no one-size-fits-all human.

Every body has been through something different.
And that shapes how we care for it

You should understand why you're being cared for and chiropractic should feel like something you choose, not something you're talked into.

That's ThirtyThree.

Our space

Come as you are.

A chiropractic studio should feel like somewhere you actually want to be. Warm. Modern. Welcoming. Professional when it matters, relaxed when it doesn't. No white coats. No intimidating reception desk energy. Just good people, good conversation and good care.

The ThirtyThree approach

There's a method behind the madness.

Our approach starts with understanding. We assess how you move, how your body is functioning and what brings you through our door. From there, we build a plan that makes sense for you.

Assess. Understand. Adjust. Reassess. Repeat when needed.

Whether you've got a problem that's been hanging around, a body you want to understand better, or simply want to move through life a little differently - let's talk.
